Authorize application for FY2026 Office for Victims of Crimes grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a FY2026 Office for Victims of Crimes grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, in the amount of $500,000.00, with no required local match, to support the development, expansion, and strengthening of victim service programs. (Requested by Police Department)
