An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $45,464.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to community agencies and organizations as set forth in the attachment. (Requested by Vice-Mayor Fugate, Councilmember Adams, Councilmember Honeycutt, Councilmember Lloyd, Councilmember DeBardelaben, Councilmember Thomas, Councilmember Grant, Councilmember Helsley, Councilmember Parker)
