An Ordinance to close a southern portion of E Oklahoma Avenue as it abuts property at 510 E Oklahoma Avenue, Glen Oak Missionary Baptist Church, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners (Council District 4). (Requested by Engineering Department)
