Amend Samsara, Inc. agreement for fleet telematics services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate an amendment to Agreement No.C-22-0552 with Samsara, Inc., to extend the term for 10 months for the continued provision of telematics hardware, services and accessories for automatic vehicle location tracking of assets managed by the Department of Fleet Services, for an amount not to exceed $177,633.66 for the term of this extension Agreement. (Requested by Fleet Services Department)
