A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Legal Aid of East Tennessee to provide an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding for the provision of legal services to low- income individuals facing wrongful evictions and other critical housing issues. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
