Authorize grant application for KAT Formula Urbanized Area Transit Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for, if awarded, accept a grant from the Federal Transit Administration and the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide funding in the amount of $1,346,193.00, to Knoxville Area Transit for Formula Urbanized Area Transit Grant Assistance utilizing sections 5307 and 5339 grant funds for fiscal years 2020 and 2023, with a total City match of $134,619.00. (Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
