Amend contract with Samsara, Inc. for brush pickup operations

A Resolution of the Council of the City of Knoxville authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate an amendment to Agreement No. C-22-0552 with Samsara, Inc. to provide an additional 376 AVL licenses and equipment and to provide route planning functionality and 20 forward facing dash cameras to enhance brush pickup operations, for a new total annual contract price not to exceed $207,400.00. (Requested by Fleet Services Department)
