A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subrecipient agreement with the Knoxville Knox County Community Action Committee to provide an amount not to exceed $100,000, from a State of TN grant for ‘Broadband Ready Communities’, to support the expansion of the Knoxville Knox County Community Action Committee’s Tech Smart Knox Seniors program.
