Prohibit tobacco/vapor products in age-restricted venues

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 19, Article V of the Knoxville City Code so as to prohibit the use of tobacco or vapor products in age restricted venues. (Requested by Councilmembers Helsley, Thomas, Lloyd & Adams)

On May 12, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Prohibit tobacco/vapor products in age-restricted venues” by a vote of 7–2.

Split Adopted 7-2-0-0
