A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knox Housing Partnership, Inc., to provide $175,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for the acquisition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of five (5) houses that will be sold to qualified low-income families.(Requested by Community Development Department)
