A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 4 to Contract No. C-09-0105 between the City of Knoxville and Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc., to increase the contract price by $164,934.00 for a new contract total of $2,153,855.00 for completion of the Cumberland Avenue Streetscapes Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
