A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to trade seized weapons titled in the name of the Knoxville Police Department to Elmer Arms South, LLC, for 200 Sig Sauer .45 caliber handguns and certain other weapons.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
