Resolution approving lease of Langford Ave property for river access.
A Resolution approving an agreement between the City of Knoxville and Knoxville's Community Development Corporation to lease property located on the northern side of Langford Avenue for a period of one year in order to provide the public temporary access to the Tennessee River for non-motorized boats.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
