Amend City Code re: oversight of Codes Enforcement & Neighborhood Development

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article II of the Knoxville City Code by moving oversight of the Division of Codes Enforcement and Neighborhood Development from the Public Service Department to the Plans Review and Building Inspections Department.(Requested by Plans Review and Building Inspections Department)

On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code re: oversight of Codes Enforcement & Neighborhood Development” by a vote of 9–0.
