An Ordinance approving the request of Steve Smith for an amendment to the North City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District to General Commercial for property located southeast of Cedar Lane, southwest of Pratt Road. On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend North City Sector Plan: Mixed Use Special District to General Commercial” by a vote of 9–0.
