An Ordinance approving the request of Land Development Solutions for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Office, Civic/Institutional, Mixed Use Urban Corridor, and Mixed Use Special District/ Various zones to Mixed Use Special District (CC-22), for 53 properties located in the Fort Sanders neighborhood. (MPC Approved 12-0) (File No. 1-C-19-SP) (First District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan for 53 properties in Fort Sanders neighborhood” by a vote of 6–3.
