An Ordinance approving the request of Land Development Solutions for a One Year Plan Amendment from Office, Civic/Institutional, Mixed Use Urban Corridor, and Mixed Use Special District / Various zones to Mixed Use Special District (CC-22) for 53 properties located in the Fort Sanders neighborhood. On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “One Year Plan Amendment for 53 properties in Fort Sanders neighborhood” by a vote of 9–0.
