An Ordinance approving the request of John L. Sanders, FAIA c/o Sanders Pace Architecture LLC for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District to Light Industrial for property located on the southwest side of North Central Street, northwest side of West Quincy Avenue. (MPC Approved 14-0 Consent) (File No. 1-D-19-SP) (Fifth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan: Mixed Use Special District to Light Industrial” by a vote of 9–0.
