An Ordinance approving the request of RBH Group for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Light Industrial to Traditional Neighborhood Residential for property located on the southwest corner of Atlantic Avenue and Coram Street. (MPC Approved 14-0 Consent) (File No. 1-H-19-SP) (Fifth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)

On February 12, 2019, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Central City Sector Plan: Light Industrial to Traditional Neighborhood Res.” by a vote of 9–0.
