Ordinance extending moratorium on shared mobility vehicles

An Ordinance extending the moratorium imposed by Ordinance Nos. O-137-2018, O-16- 2019, and O-101-2019 upon shared mobility vehicles within the City of Knoxville through September 2, 2020, with the exception of those shared mobility vehicle providers operating in accordance with and authorized by the City’s pilot program. (Requested by Law Department)

On February 11, 2020, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance extending moratorium on shared mobility vehicles” by a vote of 9–0.
