An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-107-2019, known and cited as "The City of Knoxville Zoning Code" to clarify language, correct inconsistencies, and to align ordinance language with processes and procedures, Knoxville-Knox County Planning, Applicant. (Planning Commission approved 13-0) (File No. 12-A-19-OA) (All Districts)(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)

On February 11, 2020, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance amending City of Knoxville Zoning Code” by a vote of 9–0.
