A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award in the amount of $30,000.00, with no required local match, from State Farm Insurance Company to benefit the Knoxville Police Department's Teen Driving Program, T.R.A.C.K.
