Agreement with Knox County for Household Hazardous Waste Facility

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knox County, Tennessee to share costs associated with the operation of the Household Hazardous Waste Facility located at 1033 Elm Street with Knox County reimbursing the City for 50% of operating costs and commensurate share of disposal costs.(Requested by Public Service Department)
