An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,500.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Great Smoky Mountain Council of the Boy Scouts of America Inc., to be utilized toward the Beyond the Corner program.(Requested by Vice Mayor McKenzie and Councilmembers Smith, Roberto, Singh, and Thomas)
