Authorize grant application for high visibility enforcement funding

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $5,000.00, with no required local match, to provide overtime costs for a program focused on high visibility enforcement.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
