Authorize grant application for drunk driving education and enforcement

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $50,000.00, with no required match, to purchase drunk driving educational equipment and to fund overtime for sustained alcohol and impaired driving enforcement and safety education programs.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
