Authorize grant application for teen driver safety education programs

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $50,000.00, with no required local match, to provide for new and continuing educational programs to increase teen driver safety awareness and promote good decision making.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
