Authorize grant application for older driver education and outreach

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant from the State of Tennessee Highway Safety Office in the amount of $50,000.00, with no required local match, to provide for an event coordinator, technician training, safety education programs, supplies and overtime costs related to an education and outreach program for older drivers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
