Amend agreement with Foundation Systems Engineering for asphalt testing.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the agreement with Foundation Systems Engineering, P.C. to provide asphalt testing and inspection services for the City's resurfacing program in an annual amount not to exceed $45,000.00. (Requested by Engineering Department)
