Authorize agreement for Public Safety Complex fuel site installation.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Spatco Energy Solutions, LLC for the complete installation of an underground fuel tank, mechanical dispensers, and associated work for a new Public Safety Complex fuel site located at 1630 Huron Street, for an amount not to exceed $510,000.00. (Requested by Fleet Services Department)
