Amend contract for traffic signal loop maintenance, increase by $25,000

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Integrated Response Systems, LLC for the on-call maintenance and repair of the City's inductive vehicle detection loops for traffic signals, increasing the annual contract amount by $25,000.00 for a new total annual contract amount not to exceed $70,000.00.
