A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $1,059,400.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to Historic Giffin, LP, for the development of 36 affordable rental housing units to be located at 1834 Beech Street.
