A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to award an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 in Historic Preservation Program funds to Jennifer Hattar and Khalid Hattar to support property improvements to historic property located at 217 E. Scott Avenue, within the limits of the City of Knoxville.
