Lease South Knoxville Community Center space to Boy's and Girl's Clubs

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement by which the City of Knoxville will lease a portion of the South Knoxville Community Center to the Boy's and Girl's Clubs of the Tennessee Valley for a term of ten (10) years for a fee of $37,938 per year. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
