A Resolution approving the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance to West Wind Holdings LLC d/b/a Frontier Package Store relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a license to operate a liquor store in the City of Knoxville. (Requested by Finance Department)
