An Ordinance making and fixing the annual appropriations for the several departments, agencies, and funds of the City of Knoxville for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 and providing the authority to reappropriate non-project related encumbrances at the end of FY 24/25 into FY 25/26. (Requested by Finance Department)
