A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP (RK&K) to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the North Cherry Street Stormwater Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $168,840.00, funded with the American Rescue Plan Act grant. (Requested by Engineering Department)
