A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a license agreement between the City and Downtown Knoxville Alliance for the installation and maintenance of small, bronze figures on specific locations on public property downtown for the long-term installation of the "Newts in Knoxville" scavenger hunt. (Requested by Operations)

On May 27, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Authorize license agreement with Downtown Knoxville Alliance for "Newts in Knoxville"” by a vote of 8–0.
