Authorize air rights easement for utilities
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an air rights easement agreement to allow certain utility features to span the public right-of-way of the alley located between 2439 E Magnolia Avenue and 2436 E Fifth Avenue. (Requested by Engineering Department)
