Transfer budget funds between various units

An Ordinance to amend the Capital Budget and the Operating Budget, both as approved by Ordinance No. O-53-2024 for Fiscal Year 24/25, in order to transfer surplus, excess, or unencumbered funds between various units and funds as reflected in the various funds and budgets of the City of Knoxville. (Requested by Finance Department)

On June 10, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Transfer budget funds between various units” by a vote of 9–0.
