An Ordinance approving the request of Amy Sherrill for an amendment to the West City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for property located at 4301 and 4311 Kingston Pike, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 14-0) (File No. 4-D-25-SP) (Council District 2) (Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)
