Express accountability for Neighborhood Infrastructure Five-Year Plan

A Resolution expressing accountability of implementation for the Neighborhood Infrastructure Five-Year Investment Plan as attached to this Resolution should the voters of the City of Knoxville approve levying an additional one-half of one percent local option sales tax within the City of Knoxville in addition to the existing county-wide rate on sales within the county as proposed on the November 4, 2025 ballot. (Requested by Vice Mayor Smith and Councilmembers Rider, Roberto, Helsley, and McKenzie)
