MOU with Knox County to accept $21k grant for KEMA emergency response capability.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Knox County in order for Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) to accept $21,000.00 as a sub recipient of a grant from the State of Tennessee, Department of Military to maintain KEMA's capability to respond during Department of Energy (DOE) emergencies. (Requested by Emergency Management Agency)
