An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. O-107-2019, known and cited as The City of Knoxville Zoning Code, to remove a previously approved planned district (C) designation from property located at 2727 Tecoma Drive, Brian Pitcher, Applicant. (Planning Commission Approved 11-0 Consent) (File No. 6-D-25-SU) (Council District 4) (Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)

On July 8, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Remove planned district (C) designation from 2727 Tecoma Drive.” by a vote of 9–0.

Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0
