An Ordinance approving the request of Reginald Bell for an amendment to the East City Sector Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential for property located at 3309 Boyds Bridge Pike, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged. (Planning Commission Approved 11-0) (File No. 4-F-25-SP) (Council District 6) (Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning)
