Approve appeal of zoning variances for signage

A Resolution approving an appeal by Joyce Feld, on behalf of Scenic Knoxville, of the Board of Zoning Appeals’ approval of two variances to (1) decrease the minimum required frontage on the street where the property is addressed from 250 feet to 192.5 feet for a changeable price sign per Article 13.6.G.1, and (2) increase the maximum height for a detached sign in an I-G zoning district from 10 feet to 20 feet per Article 13.9.F.3 Table 13-2, for property located at 1415 Third Creek Road.
