Annex parcel at 0 N Gallaher View Road and approve plan of service
A Resolution to effect annexation of a parcel of land situated in the 6th Civil District of Knox County, Tennessee, to be added within Ward 46, City Block 46362 of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, having an approximate calculated area of 0.54 acres, and being known this day as all of Tax Map 119, Insert L, Group A, Parcel 001.16, with an address of 0 N Gallaher View Road, and to approve a Plan of Service for said area. (Requested by Engineering Department)
On July 22, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Annex parcel at 0 N Gallaher View Road and approve plan of service” by a vote of 8–0.
