Annex parcel at 2814 Dresser Road and approve plan of service
A Resolution to effect annexation of a parcel of land situated in the 9th Civil District of Knox County, Tennessee, to be added within Ward 25, City Block 25916 of the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, said parcel abutting the eastern right-of-way of Dresser Road, being approximately 5.56 acres and being known this day as all of Tax Map 122, Insert O, Group J, Parcel 003.00, with an address of 2814 Dresser Road, and to approve a Plan of Service for said area. (Requested by Engineering Department)
On July 22, 2025, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Annex parcel at 2814 Dresser Road and approve plan of service” by a vote of 8–0.
