Execute agreement with CAC for lead hazard control grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee to provide $4,077,522.62 in U.S. Housing and Urban Development Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Initiative grant funding, with a required $337,001.09 match, for lead-based paint identification and hazard control services approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, for a total contract amount not to exceed $4,414,523.71. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
