Execute subgrantee agreement with Legal Aid for housing services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a subgrantee agreement with Legal Aid of East Tennessee to provide an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding for the provision of legal services to low-income individuals facing wrongful evictions and other critical housing issues. (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
